Sparctech / Radware offers technical support for all of its products through the Certainty Support Program.

Each level of the Certainty Support Program consists of four elements - phone support, software updates, hardware maintenance and on-site support, combined into a single support package.

Each level of the program-bundles adds incremental value to the support package and support is on a per unit basis.

Note 1: The Security Update Service is available to Radware Customers with Certainty Level 2 Support and higher. The Security Update Service is independent and incremental to all Certainty Support for all products.

provide next business day unit replacement for all units covered under the program. Availability is

Note 5: Requires the purchase of at least 4 similar units with Certainty Level 5. Similar units are
the same product with a common hardware configuration (platform & port configuration). FireProof
and LinkProof can be considered a common product. For countries where CL3 is not available (see
Global Availability Table), Unit Replacement is provided, but on-site delivery is within 5 business
days. CertainT 100 units are not eligible for the Spare Unit On-Site Option.
